believe it or not, it wasn’t until my junior year of high school that I decided to change my look. I never loved fashion, and honestly never really thought anything of what i wore. If my mom and sister thought it was cute, I wore it. I never had my own opinion of what to wear and would just throw on some clothes and move on with my day. It truthfully wasn’t until i watched the movie To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before (sounds super corny but bear with me) and saw the main characters style and thought to myself “i want to dress like that!” that next school year was when I decided to step outside my comfort zone and try some things I normally wouldn’t have worn. during this time i also had no clue what i wanted to do in the future. going to college tours as an undecided major really stressed me out, but I knew I wanted to pursue something that I was passionate about. throughout the year, I became more and more excited about my style and experimenting with my closet. I never thought of myself as the “creative” type, but I have realized fashion is my personal creative outlet. this spring during quarantine i decided to start my own instagram fashion blog. the goal of my account is to share my looks and signature go to outfits for friends, family and the fashion community to see. It’s really cool to see a huge community of fashion beauty and lifestyle influencers all come together and support each other. In the beginning, I was constantly worrying about whether my outfits were good enough or if anyone would like them. I still struggle with it, but now realize it’s not about what everyone else likes, it’s about what I feel comfortable and confident in. soo that leaves me here! talking to whoever will listen about my favorite things:)) i hope you all continue to follow me on this journey but if not, thank you so much for reading!
